Returns

You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must also be in the original packaging. You can request a return via customerservice@nomige.com.

 

Shipping

You can request a non-refundable return shipping label for €6.5 via customerservice@nomige.com, or return the item to Nomige, Coupure-Links 67,9000 Gent, Belgium at your own expense.  

 

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

 

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund of the product value to your original method of payment, minus the €6.5 non-refundable return shipping cost in case you requested a return label from Nomige. 

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
