But is that genetic? Possibly. I've done a few tests and seen that it does play a role. The big difference is their lifestyle. They're not stressed; they live self-sufficiently, hunting and gathering food. It starts from day one, so even if we were to live like them, we could never completely return to that basics.
"I often ask patients to stick out their tongue. If it's white, then I know enough."
"If their tongue is white, then yes, I know they're full of sugar. A tongue should look like a strawberry. But in some people, it's completely white. For me, this gives a clear indication of how healthy or unhealthy someone is. We also don't realize how much sugar is in food."
