The Cosmetics Conspiracy: The Podcast

S2 #7

"I'm a true entrepreneur and I see opportunities everywhere, so I've had to learn to always stay on top of things. I used to go off track quite often. On the other hand, going off track has also brought me things, given me opportunities, and shown me things that helped me regain my focus."

Watch episode 7 of the new season of The Cosmetics Conspiracy now! How does Caroline stay focused while running a business, and what keeps her from straying from the path? Dr. Barbara Geusens talks with Caroline Rigo, founder of Rigorgeous House of Brands and beauty brands Cent pur Cent, I am Klean, and most recently, Take it from Jones, about her formula for success and how she sees the future of the beauty industry.

I certainly don't enjoy everything about entrepreneurship, but hey. You have to! What I enjoy is when I have an idea, I feel it's right, and then I try it, and it works. I'm also a real project woman. I enjoy setting up a project like that, giving it a quick kick-start, and then letting it go.

"What do you think is the reason for Cent pur Cent's success, Caroline?"

"If I had the formula, I'd put it in a rose gold pot! I don't know, I think the authenticity, the genuineness, being close to the people, making it for everyone... We're very close to our customers, both the end customer and the pharmacies."
